For its second edition, Viva El Gonzo is set to bring together Goose’s curated vision of music, art, and adventure at El Ganzo Oasis. The band will anchor the weekend with six full performances — that’s three nights in a row, two headlining sets a piece — while the rest of the lineup features standout acts like My Morning Jacket, Jim James (solo acoustic set), Cory Wong, LP Giobbi, The Disco Biscuits, and more.

What sets Viva El Gonzo apart, beyond the beautiful scenery and great tunes, is the festival’s “Choose Your Own Adventure” ethos. The sprawling tropical venue features multiple stages, art installations, and pop-up experiences alongside an eclectic marketplace of local vendors and cuisine. You can chase every performance, explore San José del Cabo’s vibrant downtown, take excursions like snorkeling or horseback riding, or simply relax by the beach as the tunes play on. The weekend kicks off with a welcome party on Wednesday, May 6th, and wraps with late-night experiences at Crania, a beachside club featuring immersive art installations and music. Band members will also host activities and one-of-a-kind collaborations throughout the weekend.
